Returns & refunds

You can return any item within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. This is your right under EU consumer law.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and with tags attached.

To start a return, message us on WhatsApp with your order code. We'll send you the return address.

Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item arrived faulty or wrong, then we cover it.

We refund within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method you paid with.

Accessories and sale items follow the same rules.
