Who we are
XENTASHI, based in Lisbon, Portugal.
What we collect
- Your email, your order details, and the WhatsApp number you message us from.
- If you join the drop list: your email and the date you agreed.
Why we use it
To process and deliver your order, answer your questions, and (only if you agreed) send drop news.
Where it's stored
Securely with our database provider (Supabase) and WhatsApp. The site is hosted by Vercel. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Order records as long as required by law for accounting. The drop list until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can access, correct or delete your data, or stop drop emails at any time, by messaging us on WhatsApp. To stop drop news, message us on WhatsApp and we'll remove your email.
Cookies
We only use what's needed for the site to work (your bag and currency choice). No advertising cookies.
We use Vercel Analytics to count visits. It doesn't use cookies or track you across sites.
Complaints
You can contact the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).
